TesseracT-Door B.V. was founded in 2017 with a clear goal of helping small and medium sized sectional doors and roller shutters manufacturers. We strive to make them get rid of logistic problems connected with material availability, parts needed to produce sectional doors and accordion gratings. In some cases we provide finished goods such as folding closures.
Our offer is tailored towards companies producing between 100 to 2000 sectional doors per year. We enable you to compete with bigger sectional door and roller producers in terms of: price, similar parts quality, lower minimum order quantity and order or service completion dates (the latter is usually noticeably shorter)

Years of experience as a supplier gave us insight into the changing trends of organisation of small and medium size manufacturers of sectional doors, roller shutters and roller shutters. From the 3Q of 2022 we will offer VMI - vendor managed inventory.
What does it mean? One of the ways of logistic management is VMI, known also as SMI (supplier managed inventory). It provides optimisation of supply chain as a result of the customer's inventory management by the manufacturer, who picks the time and size of the delivery, ensuring the full availability of products. Therefore, VMI is a process, where producer creates orders for the clients according to client's needs, based on the information from the consumer.
However, the VMI process, requires from the customer financial liquidity and, at the same time, discipline in determining their needs (forecasting) as well as the ability to use the ERP system or its equivalent.
