About us
TesseracT-Door B.V. established in 2017 with a clear goal of helping small and medium sized sectional doors and roller shutters manufacturers. We strive to make them get rid of logistic problems connected with material availability, parts needed to produce sectional doors and accordion gratings. In some cases we provide finished goods such as folding closures.
Our offer is tailored towards companies producing between 100 to 2000 sectional doors per year. We enable you to compete with bigger sectional door and roller producers in terms of: price, similar parts quality, lower minimum order quantity and order or service completion dates (the latter is usually noticeably shorter)

Our offer
Our offer is target towards micro, small and medium-sized companies (up-to 100 sectional doors per month). We help eliminate dead or immobile stock, thus freeing the capital needed for current purchases (especially now, when the concept of trade credits and deferred payment terms has practically ceased to exist). The offer is for residential sectional doors, while for industrial sectional doors we offer only certain product groups (panels, drums, spigots, turnstiles and all types of safeguards and other products). At the moment, we do not offer torsion springs, but we have a range of tension springs covering all dimensions of sectional doors up to 5000mm wide and 3000mm high.
We strive to provide short delivery times, no longer than 3-4 days.
Without the need to maintain a warehouse, we offer you panels + assembly kits with tension springs for sectional doors in a very short time (we are often able to fulfill orders within 24 hours).

Residential Panels
The panels are insulated with polyurethane foam of 40mm or 80mm thickness. They are available with or without finger protection. The external structure can be Stucco or MicroRib (microprofiling) and is available in RAL 9002, 9010, 7016, 9006, 8014, 3000. For other RAL colours minimum order quantity is 250 linear metres. Panels of 80mm thickness are available only in 610mm width, RAL 9002, 9006, 7016 and minimum order quantity of 250 linear metres.
Industrial panels
The panels have finger protection and are insulated with 40mm thickness polyurethane foam. Our offer includes basic RAL colours: 9010, 8014, wood-like colours, golden oak, walnut, mahogany, rustic oak, winchester and sand anthracite. All are available in a woodgrain structure (wood structure), smooth with one rib or smooth. Other patterns are also possible, e.g. longitudinal embossing every 10cm.
